Where is my tracking number?
Tracking #'s are available shortly after an order has been shipped. They can be found in the on-line account of the person who placed the order. Log-in to dwyeromega.com, select 'My Account', choose 'Order History', select the specified order, then view the 'Tracking #'.
What does 'Lead Time' mean?
A product showing a 1-week lead time on our website indicates that it is currently in stock at our US factory, subject to prior sales. If a product is not in stock, the estimated lead time shown represents the time required for our US factory to replenish shippable inventory. Please note that larger quantity orders may require additional lead times.
What are DwyerOmega's Shipping Rates
You may obtain an estimated shipping rate by adding items to your shopping cart. Shipping rates shown are estimates only and do not represent final charges.Final shipping costs and taxes (if applicable) are calculated during checkout.
Items shipped by DwyerOmega may ship as they become available in partial shipments, at no additional shipping cost.
What are DwyerOmega's charges for overweight, oversize items?
Standard shipping rates may not apply for items of excessive weight or bulk. We will contact you in those cases after the order is placed.
Can I use my company's shipping account?
Yes, if you have a freight account with DHL, UPS or FedEx, we offer options to ship with any of these shipping companies via ex-works USA. You may contact us directly if this option is preferred. You will need to provide us with your courier account number at time of order placement.
What is DwyerOmega's Export Compliance Policy?
DwyerOmega is committed to ethical business behavior and compliance with applicable export laws and regulations. Our Export Control Compliance Policy is posted on our site. When an order is being placed, it may be subject to an additional Export Questionnaire that must be completed before the order can ship. This will be emailed to the person who placed the order.
