The OTF Series operates within a process temperature range of 225 to 565°F, utilizing a standard power supply of 120 Vac or 240 Vac. The heaters feature a strip diameter of 1½" (3.8 cm) with fins that are 2" (5 cm) wide to maximize surface area for air heating.
Overall dimensions vary by model, spanning the following ranges:
- A Dimension: 10½" to 42½" (27 to 108 cm)
- B Dimension: 9½" to 41½" (24 to 106 cm)
- F Dimension: 6" to 37" (15 to 94 cm)
The series carries UL, CSA, and VDE recognition. Unit weights range from 2 to 6 lb (0.9 to 2.7 kg) depending on the specific wattage and physical size.

The OTF Series is available with a sheath constructed of rust-resisting iron or chrome steel, selected based on environmental requirements. The series supports multiple power configurations to match system needs:

To order a specific unit, select the model number following the format OTF-<WATTS>/<VOLTAGE>. For example, OTF-127/120 denotes a 120 Vac heater. Note that models containing /120 or /240 in their designation are available only at that specific voltage.

Variants within the series differ primarily by wattage output, physical dimensions (A, B, and F), and operating voltage. The model number suffix indicates the required supply voltage; for instance, a unit designated with /120 is restricted to 120 Vac operation, while those marked /240 are designed for 240 Vac.
Specific models such as OTF-153/120 and OTF-191/240 illustrate the voltage-specific availability where certain wattage/dimension combinations may be offered in only one of the two standard voltages.
