Supported Applications

The Omega CDS107 is a portable, microprocessor-based multi-purpose meter designed for benchtop or handheld use to measure pH, ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential), conductivity, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), salt, and temperature. The series supports water solutions in institutes, industrial labs, and production fields.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The CDS107 provides simultaneous measurement of the primary parameter and temperature on a large LCD display. Measurement ranges span from -2.00 to 16.00 pH; ORP ranges include -1999 to -200 mV, -199.9 to 499.9 mV, and 500 to 2000 mV; temperature covers 0 to 110°C; conductivity spans four ranges from 0.0 to 199.9 µS up to 20.0 to 100.0 mS; TDS ranges extend from 0.0 to 131.9 ppm through 13.2 to 66.7 ppt; and salt measurements cover 0.0 to 99.9 ppm through 10.0 to 50.0 ppt.

Accuracy specifications are ±0.01 + 1 digit for pH, ±2 + 1 digit for ORP, and ±0.2 + 1 digit for temperature. Conductivity, TDS, and Salt measurements carry an accuracy of ±2% FS. Resolution is provided at 0.01 pH; 0.1/1 mV for ORP; 0.1°C for temperature; variable steps (0.1/1 µS or 0.01/0.1 mS) for conductivity; and corresponding ppm/ppt resolutions for TDS and Salt.

Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) is available for pH measurements from 0 to 100°C, and for Conductivity, TDS, and Salt parameters from 0 to 50°C. The unit features a splash-proof housing with a rubber protective holster and includes an auto shut-off function after 10 minutes of non-use.

Configuration Options

The CDS107 series is configured as a complete system for field or lab analysis, powered by a 9V battery or AC adaptor. The meter supports data storage for up to 150 points and includes minimum/maximum functions.
