The Omega NHJP series consists of high-temperature jack panel assemblies designed for standard thermocouple connectors. These panels feature ceramic connectors mounted in a steel plate, intended for service temperatures up to 538°C (1000°F).   • Connector Types: NHX or UHX Ceramic Connectors (female jacks standard; male connectors available as an option).
  • Circuit Configurations: Panels are offered with 1, 2, 3, or 4 rows. Circuits per row options include 6, 12, and 18.
  • Thermocouple Calibrations: J, K, T, E, R, N, S, G, C, D, and U calibrations are supported (insert calibration as specified in the model number).
  • Custom Options: Custom color-coded anodized panels are available with a minimum order of $1,000. The CASS-18G-12-NHX connector is sold separately.

All Omega NHJP jack panels are shipped unassembled, including all necessary mounting hardware for installation.

Model Number Selection Grid Dimensions

  • 1 Row: 67 mm H (2⅝") height; lengths of 145 L (5⅜"), 260 L (10¼"), or 375 L (14⅞").
  • 2 Rows: 111 mm H (4⅜") height.
  • 3 Rows: 156 mm H (6⅛") height.
  • 4 Rows: 200 mm H (7⅞") height.

Key Product Differences

Variants within the NHJP series are distinguished by the number of rows, circuits per row, and thermocouple calibration type. The model numbering convention follows the format: NHJP - [Circuits Per Row] - [Number of Rows] - [Thermocouple Calibration]. For example, a single-row high-temperature jack panel with Type K connector is designated as NHJP1-18-K (where 1 indicates circuits per row logic in the specific grid context or vice versa based on the provided model examples like NHJP1-06-BLANK). The series includes BLANK variants for unspecified calibrations and supports a wide range of standard thermocouple types including J, K, T, E, R, N, S, G, C, D, and U.
