Supported Applications
The Omega HPP Series consists of precision calibration pumps designed to provide long-term reliability in harsh environments. The series covers measurement ranges from vacuum up to 690 bar (10,000 psi) for pressure and vacuum calibration tasks.

Operating Conditions & Performance
The HPP Series offers four distinct measurement ranges depending on the model selected:
- HPP-100: 0 to 6.9 bar (0 to 100 psi)
- HPP-VAC: 0 to -0.95 bar (0 to -28 inHg vacuum)
- HPP-600: -0.95 to 41 bar (-28 inHg to 600 psi)
- HPP-10K: 0 to 690 bar (0 to 10,000 psi)
Physical dimensions for the series are listed as 229 L x 38 mm Dia (9 x 1.5"). Weights vary by model: HPP-100 and HPP-VAC weigh 680 g (1.5 lb); HPP-600 weighs 907 g (2 lb); and the hydraulic HPP-10K weighs 1.4 kg (3 lb).

- HPP-100 / HPP-VAC: (2) ⅛ NPT female ports
- HPP-600: Top ¼ BSP female, side ¼ BSP female (NPT adaptors included)
- HPP-10K: Top ⅜ BSP female, side ¼ BSP female (¼ NPT adaptors included)
Media Compatibility
The series supports distilled water and mineral-based hydraulic oil. The HPP-600 is compatible with most hydraulic fluids, oils, and water.
Wetted Materials
HPP-10K wetted parts include stainless steel, polyurethane, PTFE, and nitrile.
Key Product Differences
The HPP Series is available as individual pumps or as kits that include a carrying case, tubing with fittings, and in some cases, gauges or fluid bottles. Units equipped with BSP fittings also include NPT adaptors.
- HPP-100-KIT: Includes pump, carrying case, HPP-HOSE (0.6 m / 2' tubing with ⅛ NPT fittings), and a 64 mm (2½") gauge
- HPP-VAC-KIT: Includes pump, carrying case, HPP-HOSE, and a 64 mm (2½") gauge
- HPP-600-KIT: Includes pump, carrying case, and HPP-600-HOSE (0.6 m / 2' tubing with ⅛ NPT fittings)
- HPP-10K-KIT: Includes pump, carrying case, fluid bottle, and HPP-10K-HOSE (0.9 m / 3' high pressure tubing with two ¼ BSPM self-sealing test point adaptors)
Additional accessories include replacement filters and washers for the HPP-10K model.
