Supported Applications
The Omega LVCN-131 and LVCN-141 Series are general-purpose flow controllers designed for low-flow pump and process protection. The series provides fail-safe relay control to manage flow conditions in industrial systems.
- LVCN-141: Single input, single output configuration for basic flow monitoring.
- LVCN-131: Dual input, dual output configuration for simultaneous low-flow control of two independent sensors.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The controllers operate on a 120 / 240 VAC power supply at 50 - 60 Hz with maximum consumption of 5 Watts. They provide sensor excitation via 24 VDC @ 100 mA output to connected flow switches.

Outputs and Connections
- LVCN-141: (1) SPDT Relay output; accepts one flow switch input.
- LVCN-131: (2) SPDT Relays outputs; accepts two flow switches inputs.
Relay contacts are selectable as Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC). An invert switch allows changing the relay state from NO to NC without rewiring. Electrical connections utilize removable terminal strips.
