Chase joined DwyerOmega in summer 2024 and works as a machinist at the Grandview site. "My career has grown substantially since working at DwyerOmega, and I have been given opportunities that I would have never imagined," Chase says. He has sharpened his skills as a machinist, and DwyerOmega has put the tools and training behind him. He also values the fellowship he shares with his coworkers. At the 2025 DwyerOmega picnic, a favorite memory, he swapped stories with coworkers away from the shop floor. Outside of work, Chase is an avid board game player, and he warns that in Monopoly, he will buy Boardwalk if given the opportunity.
