Supported Applications
The ACI Pickup Port Tubing series provides flexible medical grade tubing kits designed for use with MLP2, DLP, DBL, and PUP Series pressure transmitters, switches, and all pickup ports. Operating Conditions & Performance
The series is constructed from Medical Grade Flexible PVC with a Self Extinguishing flammability rating. It accepts fittings up to 3/16" (4.76 mm) and maintains performance within an operating temperature range of 35° to 122°F (2° to 50°C). The maximum operating pressure is rated at 39 psi @ 70°F (21.1°C), with a brittleness temperature of -47.2°F (-44°C) and a storage temperature range of 0 to 122°F (32° to 50°C). The tubing features an internal diameter of 0.17" (4.32 mm) ID x 1/4" (6.35 mm) OD.
Configuration Options
The series is available in standard lengths of 10', 20', and 100'. The tubing color is clear, and the kits are compatible with any 3/16" diameter barbed or non-barbed style fittings. Agency approvals include compliance with relevant sections Title 21 of the Code of Fed. Reg., RoHS2, WEEE, and Reach.
