Horizontal Pickup Ports
- Wetterfeste Druckreferenz für den Außenbereich: ACI-Außenaufnahmeanschlüsse bieten einen zuverlässigen Außenluft-Referenzpunkt für die Überwachung des statischen Drucks im Gebäude mit Differenzdrucktransmittern für niedrige Drücke.
- Horizontale und vertikale Montageoptionen: Erhältlich als A/O-PUP-H für die horizontale Montage oder als A/O-PUP-V für die vertikale Montage, wobei das Rohr nach unten zum Boden oder zum Dach zeigt.
- Ideal für die Druckregelung in Gebäuden: Entwickelt für statische Druckanwendungen in Innen- und Außenbereichen, bei denen eine genaue Drucküberwachung in Gebäuden für HLK- und BAS-Systeme erforderlich ist.
- Robuste Außenkonstruktion: Das hellgraue ASA/PC-Gehäuse verfügt über einen UV-Schutz und eine UL 94-V0-Bewertung der Entflammbarkeit für zuverlässige Außeninstallationen.
- Einfacher Schlauchanschluss: Die Schlauchverschraubung ist für flexible Poly-Schläuche mit einem Innendurchmesser von 3/16 Zoll geeignet. Optional sind Schlauch-Kits in medizinischer Qualität mit einer Länge von 10 Fuß, 20 Fuß und 100 Fuß erhältlich.
- Zuverlässige Druckleistung: Enthält einen vernickelten Messingfilter mit einer Nennleistung von bis zu 150 psi und unterstützt Betriebstemperaturen von -22 °F bis 185 °F.
- Unterstützt genaue Messwerte: Entwickelt für die Montage fern von Hindernissen, Gebäudeecken, offenen Fenstern und Dachabläufen, um falsche Druckmesswerte zu reduzieren.

Supported Applications
The ACI Outdoor Pickup Ports are designed to be used in conjunction with any low differential pressure transmitter (ACI DLP or MLP Series) to provide a weatherproof outdoor reference point for monitoring building static pressure. The series includes the A/O-PUP-H, which is designed to be horizontally mounted with the tube in parallel with the ground or roof.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The pickup ports operate within an ambient and process temperature range of -22° to 185°F (-30° to 85°C). Storage is supported from -40° to 185°F (-40° to 85°C). The filter component has a maximum operating pressure rating of 150 psi (10.3 bar). When used with medical tubing options, the system supports a maximum pressure of 65 psi at 73°F (23°C).
Configuration Options
The series offers configurable mounting orientations and accessory kits to extend the sensing point.
- Housing & Materials: Constructed from ASA/PC with UV Protectant, finished in Light Gray. The enclosure carries a UL 94-V0 flammability rating. Wetted materials include Nickel Plated Brass for the filter.
- Mounting Options: Available as Horizontal Mount (A/O-PUP-H) or Vertical Mount (A/O-PUP-V), where the vertical version is designed with the tube pointed downwards towards the ground or roof.
- Connections & Tubing: Features a barbed fitting that accepts 3/16" ID flexible Poly tubing. ACI offers Medical Grade PVC tubing kits in lengths of 10', 20', and 100' (models A/10' TUBE, A/20' TUBE, A/100'TUBE) with dimensions of 1/8" ID x 1/4" OD.

Key Product Differences
The primary distinction within the series is the mounting orientation. The A/O-PUP-H (Item # 132892) provides a horizontal mount configuration for outdoor use. The A/O-PUP-V (Item # 132891) offers a vertical mount configuration, also designed for outdoor environments. Both models share identical overall dimensions of 9.03" (11.4 cm) x 4.30" (6.99 cm) x 2.29" (5.82 cm) and weigh 0.60 lbs (0.272 kg).
