Supported Applications
The ACI Series ENC1 is a 20 gauge metal enclosure designed to hold ACI control interfaces or any small HVAC or Building Automation Control component. Documented applications include Interface Protective Housing and Protection for Small Building Automation Systems.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series operates within an ambient temperature range of 35 to 120°F (1.7 to 48.9°C) and a relative humidity of 10 to 95% non-condensing. Storage conditions are specified as 20 to 150°F (-40 to 65.5°C). The enclosure features a light gray powder coat finish cured under high temperatures to seal all surfaces.

Mounting & Wiring Provisions
- Electrical Connections: Base has two 7/8" holes in the ends to accept ½" EMPT conduit fitting for control and power wiring. Snap-in covers are provided for all openings.
- Gauge Opening: Features a 2" diameter opening to view a potential gauge, with snap-in cover included.
- Base Mounting: Base has two 3/16" holes for mounting with screws or bolts.
- Interface Product Mounting: Double faced tape is provided for securing interface snap track in enclosure. An Adhesive foam Stop is provided for holding the interface in the snaptrack.
