Supported Applications

The Omega DPG104 and DPG104S series are DC-powered digital pressure gauges with dual alarms, designed to monitor hydraulic fluids. Vertical installation is required when the measuring range is less than 100kPA. The series supports an overload pressure of 150%~200%. For electrical connections, shielded wire must be used with short connection lengths to avoid interference; when using mini hoses, ground the shell separately.

Configuration Options

Programming is accessible via an on-board menu using SET buttons to adjust parameters including:

• AL1H / AL1L: Switch 1 pull-on and drop-out values
• AL2H / AL2L: Switch 2 drop-in and drop-out values
• FILT: Filter coefficient to prevent spurious pulses triggering switch inputs

To offset the gauge back to zero, press the middle button for 5 seconds. The series supports a model number guide format of DPG104 - <MODEL> - <OPTIONS>. Available variants include models with suffixes indicating specific ranges and configurations (e.g., A, G, CG, V).
