Descrizione
I trasduttori di pressione a film sottile sputterizzato PX1004 e PX1009 di OMEGA sono progettati per applicazioni ad alte temperature. Questi trasduttori possono operare in un intervallo di temperature da -65°F a +450°F o +650°F. Tuttavia, anche a queste temperature elevate, offrono un’accuratezza eccezionale, stabilità di calibrazione a lungo termine e affidabilità. L’accuratezza statica è ± 0,25%, e gli spostamenti termici dello zero e della sensibilità nell’intervallo compensato sono inferiori a ± 0,01%/°F. La tecnologia a film sottile di OMEGA rende possibile questa prestazione di alta qualità. Le estensimetri sono depositate tramite sputtering, formando un legame molecolare con il substrato. Non si verificano praticamente spostamenti, deriva o creep che possano modificare la calibrazione del trasduttore. La camera di pressione in acciaio inox completamente saldata e la custodia a doppia isolazione garantiscono integrità della pressione e affidabilità in questi ambienti difficili. Questi trasduttori ad alta temperatura sono disponibili in molte gamme standard da 15 psi a 10.000 psi (specificare pressione relativa o assoluta).
