I am passionate about helping others and have worked in HR for the past 10 years, although I also have experience working in the Mental Health field. I have been involved with various facets of HR, but Talent Management has given me the most joy. The entire process from attracting to recruiting quality people gives me immense job satisfaction.
I joined DwyerOmega 2 years ago now and that the focus of my role is to connect with applicants that are interested in joining our organization. No matter what level of position I am recruiting for, the feeling when candidates sign their offer letter is the same. There are lots of other great things about working for DwyerOmega but the one that stands out for me, is the trust and autonomy that is given to me to deliver results.
Fun fact: I am training to do a 65-mile bike ride next summer.
