this is a well packaged pid controller that works as described but remains difficult to program and should be provided with simple pc interface software controll and programing capabilities. a single input/output controller should not be this complicated. this has available multiple input/output options that should be included with all units.

I just purchased a CN1511 whenever I plug it in there is a loud continuous beep that goes off. Is there a way to totally reset this controller, or is there a way to figure out what the noise is? I have it set to a type K thermocoupler.

I need to control 4 separate coils/elements in a single electric kiln (2381F/1305C). Installed are 4 K-type TCs, and 4 SSRs, one for each element. I often need the upper kiln to be hotter than the lower. Is the CN1511TC-4 correct for this?
