Operating Conditions & Performance
The VRLS series operates within specific environmental and process limits defined in the specification tables. The switch utilizes a piezoelectric crystal to vibrate the rod at its natural frequency; contact with material dampens these vibrations, triggering a state change.

The device features an IP65 enclosure rating and is constructed with a painted aluminum housing. Wetted materials are specified as 304 SS, compatible with dry powder or bulk materials that do not react adversely with this alloy.
Configuration Options
The series supports configurable options for output logic, sensitivity calibration, and installation geometry to accommodate specific process needs. The standard model VRLS-01 includes a 3/4" diameter probe with an insertion length of 10-27/32 [275.35].
