Supported Applications

The Dwyer Series UGJ Utility Gages are compact pressure gauges designed for measuring pressure in compatible gases and liquids. These mechanical instruments feature dual scales (psi and bar x100 kPa) to facilitate reading across different unit systems.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The Series UGJ operates within an ambient temperature range of -4 to 140°F (-20 to 60°C). Accuracy is specified as ±2.5% FS for the series. The pressure limit corresponds to the Full Scale (FS) range.

The series supports multiple pressure spans, including full vacuum and positive pressure ranges:

• 0 to 30 psi
• 0 to 60 psi
• 0 to 100 psi
• 0 to 160 psi
• 0 to 200 psi
• 0 to 300 psi (Note: The 0 to 300 psi range is not available for Series UGJ according to the ordering guide, though listed in general series capabilities; verify specific model availability).

Configuration Options

The Series UGJ features a 2" (50 mm) dial size with a black painted steel housing and polycarbonate lens. Wetted materials consist of brass connectors and phosphor bronze tubes.

Process Connections & Mounting

• Bottom Connection: 1/8" NPT (Code: -21N)
• Back Connection: 1/8" NPT (Code: -41N). For back connect gauges, the model ending changes from 21N to 41N.
