The Dwyer Series UBV Uni-Flanged Ball Valve is designed for residential and industrial applications requiring economical yet durable flow control. Operating Conditions & Performance

The Series UBV operates within a temperature range of -40 to 365°F (-40 to 185°C). Pressure limits are rated from -29° Hg to 600 psi (-736 mm Hg to 41.3 bar), with the series supporting up to 600 psi (41 bar) of working pressure. The full port construction is engineered to reduce flow resistance while maintaining durability through a uni-body design.

Configuration Options

The series offers multiple pipe sizes and dimensional configurations to accommodate different installation requirements. Key configurable attributes include:

• Pipe Sizes: Available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", and 2" NPT sizes.
• End Connections: Female NPT connections are standard across the series.
• Wetted Materials: Body and cap: Brass; Ball: Chrome plated brass; Stem: Brass; Stem packing and ball seat: PTFE.
• Other Components: Gland and stem nut: Brass; Handle: Steel; Grip: Rubber.
