Supported Applications
The Omega CDCN442 Toroidal Conductivity Analyzer is designed for industrial process monitoring of conductivity and concentration. The series utilizes a toroidal (electrodeless) sensor with a PVDF (Kynar) body, intended for mounting on 2" tubes, flat surfaces, or panels.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The analyzer operates within an ambient temperature range of 5 thru 40 °C and relative humidity from 20 thru 80%. The sensor supports a process temperature of 0 thru 100°C at atmospheric pressure, with a maximum operating pressure rating of 10 Kgf/cm² (@ 25°C). Measurement capabilities include conductivity ranges of 5 thru 2000 mS/cm and a sensor range of 10 mS thru 2 S. The unit features automatic temperature compensation from 0 thru 200 °C (others upon request) and provides galvanic isolation of 2000 VAC via opto coupler.
