The Dwyer Model TS2-K is a parameter configuration key designed for the Series TS2, TSS2, TSX, TSF, and TSWB digital temperature switches. It functions as a battery-powered tool to load and copy sets of parameters from one controller to others, enabling users to program multiple devices with identical configurations on production lines or replicate standard settings during installation.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The TS2-K operates within an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 50°C (32 to 122°F). For storage, the device is rated for temperatures from -20°C to 70°C (-4 to 158°F). The unit measures 56 x 36 x 16 mm (2.20 x 1.42 x 0.63 inch) and carries CE certification.

Configuration Options

The series is offered as a single configuration, the TS2-K model, which includes an integral connector that plugs directly into compatible digital temperature switches to eliminate external wiring requirements.

• Power Source: Battery powered using a 12V Type: 23A battery. The key provides power for copying operations; controllers must not be powered during this process.
• Configuration Method: An internal dip switch configures the device to upload or download parameters.
• Status Indicators: LED indicators provide feedback on operation status, including low-battery errors (green flashing), communication errors (red flashing 90% off/10% on), memory errors (red flashing 10% off/90% on), and type mismatches (red and green flashing).
