Supported Applications
The Omega HHM-63 Series Stick Type DMM/Thermometer is a portable, handheld device designed for measuring DC voltage, AC voltage, resistance, and performing diode tests. The series features a 3½ digit LCD display with a maximum reading of 3200. It includes an analog bar graph providing measurements at 12 times per second.
According to the manufacturer's warnings, this meter is intended for use with low energy circuits up to 600V AC/DC or high energy circuits up to 250 VAC or DC. The unit is not recommended for high voltage industrial use, such as measurements of 440 VAC or 600 VAC power mains.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The HHM-63 Series operates within an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 50°C at less than 70% relative humidity. Storage conditions are specified as -20°C to 60°C at less than 80% relative humidity.
Performance specifications include a nominal measurement rate of 2 times per second and an auto power-down function after approximately 10 minutes, with the backlight turning off after about 30 seconds. The device is rated according to EN61010-1 protection class II overvoltage category (CAT II 600V) pollution degree 2.
