Supported Applications
The Omega DPG-110 Series is a DC Loop Powered Digital Pressure Gauge designed for on-site installation in industrial environments. The product overview identifies use cases across hydropower, water, petroleum, chemical, mechanical, and hydraulic industries.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series utilizes a high-precision piezo-resistive pressure sensor with digital calibration to achieve specified accuracy levels:
- Gauge Pressure >5psi: ±0.25%
- All other ranges (Absolute, Compound Absolute, Compound Gauge, Vacuum): ±0.5% FS
The measuring range spans 0 - 20MPa with an overload pressure capacity of 150%-200%. Stability is rated at ≤0.2% FS per year. The unit operates within an ambient temperature range of -30°C ~ 80°C and supports humidity levels up to ≤90%. Wetted materials are specified as SS316.
Configuration Options
The DPG-110 Series is configured for loop-powered operation with the following documented capabilities:
- Power Supply: 12-30VDC (Loop Powered)
- Output Signal: 4-20mA interface
- Display: 4-digit LED display with a 0.56" digit size
- Housing & Protection: IP65 rated outlet port connector; anti-jamming design suitable for electromagnetic and harsh industrial environments.
- Process Connection: 1/4 NPT
- Sensor Core: Ceramic pressure sensor core
The series supports multiple pressure types, including Absolute (A) and Gauge (G), as indicated by the "Pressure Type" specification of A/G. Calibration is performed via digital controls: pressing ▼ for 5 seconds initiates zero calibration, while pressing ▲ for 5 seconds performs full scale calibration.
Key Product Differences
The series includes multiple model variants distinguished by their pressure range and type codes in the part number. Available configurations include:
- Gauge Pressure Models: Identified with a "G" suffix (e.g., DPG110-005G, DPG110-030G).
- Absolute Pressure Models: Identified with an "A" suffix (e.g., DPG110-015A, DPG110-100A).
- Vacuum/Compound Models: Variants such as DPG110-V100G indicate vacuum or compound capabilities.
The physical dimensions for the series are consistent across variants: 62 mm diameter, 120 mm height, and 48 mm depth. Wiring is configured with RED for +24VDC (within the 12-30VDC range) and Black for Ground.

What is the set button for? When you press it it shows "LoCK" on the display. Pressing the arrow keys increases a 4 digit number?
The 3 buttons on the front of the DPG110 are used for factory calibration of the gauge. The lock indication when the set button is pushed indicates it was locked at the factory. Cannot not be accessed in the field.

I am wondering about the different models offered for this pressure gauge. What I am looking for is either 0-30 absolute or -15 to +15 compound gauge. However, when I click on the model #DPG110-030A, it says -15 - 100 psi, is that as intended?
The DPG110-030A is a 30 psi absolute sensor, I'm unsure of why or where it says -15 - 100 psi .
We can offer this unit in a -15 - 100 psi Item# DPG110-V100G

The spec sheet only lists liquids, is there any reason the DPG110-015G cannot be used for air/gases?
Jimmy, the DPG110 can be used with liquids and gases. Thank you

What receiver can be used for this unit. I want to use this unit as high pressure switch for switching the pump off. Do you have any relay or contactor compatible with this unit ?
You connect this gauge to our DP25B-E-R process input display. This will provide power to drive the gauge and has 2 SPDT relays on board that a controlled by setpoint in the displays menu.
