The Omega PR-31SL series consists of spring-loaded Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) probes designed for use in standard thermowells. These sensors feature an adjustable self-gripping spring mechanism intended for installation in shorter thermowell bores, ensuring consistent sensor-to-wall contact.

Operating Conditions & Performance
The PR-31SL series operates within a process temperature range of -50 to 500°C (-58 to 932°F). The molded M12 connector has a maximum operating temperature limit of 250°C (482°F).

- Tolerance Formula: ±(0.15 + 0.002*t)°C where 't' = temperature in °C regardless of sign
- Sensor Resistance at 0°C: 100.00 Ω (Pt100)

Custom stem lengths up to 24" are supported by modifying the model number digit sequence (e.g., "1250" for 12½") and pricing based on the next longer standard sensor.
Electrical Connections & Outputs
- Connector Type: M12 A-Coded Male Overmolded Connectors
- Wiring Configuration: 4-Wire, Class-A Pt100 RTD output compatible with 2, 3, or 4-wire systems
- Alternate Wiring: Change the final digit in the model number from "-1" to "-2" for alternate wiring arrangements at no additional cost.
