Supported Applications
The Omega LVCN series comprises general-purpose level controllers designed for pump and valve control. The single-input configuration, represented by the LVCN-110 model, is configured for high or low level alarm systems. The dual-input variant (LVCN-20) supports automatic filling or emptying operations between two sensor inputs.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The controller operates within an ambient temperature range of -40° to 158°F (-40° to 70°C). Power is supplied via a selectable input of 120 or 240 VAC, 50 to 60 Hz, with maximum consumption rated at 5 watts. The unit provides an isolated and sealed single pole double throw (SPDT) relay output in Form C configuration.
Relay switching capabilities include a selectable NO or NC state, supporting up to 120 VDC or 240 VAC with a maximum switched current of 10 amps. An adjustable time delay feature ranges from 0.15 to 60 seconds before the relay responds, assisting in pump and valve protection.

Configuration Options
The series offers configurable options across mounting, approvals, and alarm features. The LVCN-100 variant includes an optional flashing amber Xenon tube alarm (included with the model), operating at 1 flash per second with a strobe life of 10M cycles.

Sensor Compatibility & Options
The controller mounts directly to a single sensor or an Omega track system. Level track mounting systems are compatible with LVU-150, LVC-100, and LVV-110 sensors (sold separately). CE approval variants are available by adding the "-CE" suffix.

Note: The LVCN-20 series features a latching relay output, whereas the standard single-input models utilize non-latched SPDT relays. Dimensions for the LVCN-110 and LVCN-20 are 7.1 dia. x 11.9 cm H (2.8" x 4.7"). The LVCN-100 series dimensions differ, with a height of 6.4" (162mm).
