Supported Applications
The Dwyer RTI2-Series is a microcontroller-based indicator and transmitter designed to interface with pulse output flow sensors. It computes and displays flow rate and flow total while generating corresponding output signals. The series supports applications requiring the monitoring of volumetric flow parameters derived from 5V pulse or contact closure inputs.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The RTI2 operates within an ambient temperature range of 0° to 55° C (-32° to 131° F) and is rated for non-operating storage temperatures from -40° to 75° C (-40° to 158° F). The device features a NEMA 4X, IP67 enclosure rating. Input specifications support an input range of 0.75 - 2000 Hz with a configurable Set P Range of 0.1 - 99999.9 units/pulse and a K-Factor Range of .001 - 999999.999.
Display resolution includes a 5-digit autorange for flow rate and an 8-digit display for totalization. The unit accepts power from a 7-30Vdc supply, drawing 4mA (or functioning as loop-powered at 4-20 mA).
Configuration Options
The series offers configurable mounting options including wall-mount, meter-mount, and panel-mount configurations. Some units include adapter or conversion kits to switch between meter-mount and wall-mount after installation.
