PWM to Pneumatic Output for 20 to 25 psig Air Supply Pressure

  • Converts PWM to pneumatic control: EPW Series modules convert pulse or digital PWM signals into proportional pneumatic output from 0 to 20 psig.
  • Flexible pressure ranges: Jumper-selectable outputs support 0-10 psig, 0-15 psig, and 0-20 psig, with field calibration available for matching actuator requirements.
  • Ideal for HVAC pneumatic applications: Designed for 3-way mixing valves, chiller loading, pilot positioners, pneumatic valve and damper actuators, fan vane control, DDC control, VAV boxes, and above-ceiling applications.
  • Direct or reverse acting options: Available models support standard direct-acting control or reverse-acting operation for applications requiring opposite pressure response.
  • Built-in pressure feedback: A 0-5 VDC feedback signal provides branch line pressure visibility for monitoring and control verification.
  • Manual override for service: Manual/Auto switch and potentiometer allow technicians to locally vary pneumatic output during setup, checkout, or troubleshooting.
  • Multiple pneumatic behaviors: Choose constant-bleed EPW models, EPW2 branch-pressure-holding models, or EPW2FS fail-safe models that exhaust branch pressure on power failure.
  • Installer-friendly design: Electrical terminals and pneumatic fittings are separated for cleaner panel wiring and tubing, with optional gauge models for direct pressure readings.
