Supported Applications

The Aii GPR-1200 is a portable oxygen analyzer engineered for precise trace oxygen measurements, enabling verification of process or online instrumentation. The series supports applications in inert gases, H₂ (hydrogen), hydrocarbon, and CO₂ gas streams. It accommodates various electrochemical oxygen sensors suitable for mixed gas environments.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The GPR-1200 delivers an accuracy of < 2 % of selected range at constant conditions with a resolution of 0.01 ppm and a lower detection limit (LDL) of 0.05 ppm. The response time is documented as T90 < 2 minutes.

Operating temperature ranges are specified as +5...+45 °C (+41...113 °F) or -10...+45 °C (+14...113 °F). The analyzer functions within a pressure range of 5...30 psi (0.3...2 bar), with an application-dependent sample flow rate of 1...2 SCFH (0.5...1 LPM).

Configuration Options

The series is available in two primary configurations: a General Purpose Analyzer identified by a blue display outline for safe area use only, and a Hazardous Area Analyzer with a red display outline certified for hazardous locations.

  • Hazardous Location Approvals: ATEX - II 1 G Ex ia IIC T4 Ga Tamb (-20 °C...+50 °C); cMETus - Class I, Division 1, Groups A, B, C & D T4; Class I, Zone 0 AEx ia IIC Ga Tamb (-20 °C...+50 °C); and IECEx - Ex ia IIC T4 Ga Tamb (-20 °C...+50 °C).
  • Measurement Ranges: Configurable for 0...10 ppm, 0...100 ppm, 0...1,000 ppm, and 0...1 % O₂. A 0...25 % range is available specifically for calibration.
  • Sensor Options: Supports electrochemical sensors with a life expectancy of up to 24 months (application dependent) and a shelf life of up to 3 months.

The unit features an integrated sample/bypass valve designed to isolate the sensor for quicker response times and extended sensor life. Power is supplied via a rechargeable battery with a documented life of 30 days, charged using a 100...240 V AC adapter providing 9 V DC (2 A).
