Supported Applications

The Dwyer Series A-2000 is a line of pipe and tube fittings designed for industrial use. The series provides connection solutions using stainless steel and nylon materials to interface with tubing, piping, and instrumentation systems.

Operating Conditions & Performance

Stainless steel fittings in the Series A-2000 are rated at 150 psi. Nylon fittings are acceptable for use at working pressures up to 150 psi at normal room temperatures; at very low pressures, nylon components can approach operating temperatures of 175°F.

• Adapters: Male NPT x HB (Hose Barb), Female NPT x HB, Male NPT x Length.
• Caps & Plugs: Female NPT caps available in sizes from 1/8" to 3".
• Crosses: Four-way connections with Female NPT ports ranging from 1/8" to 1".
• Couplings & Unions: Straight connectors and unions for joining pipe sections, available in sizes up to 3" x 3".
• Elbows: Includes standard elbows (Female NPT) and street elbows (Male/Female combinations).
• Nipples & Reducers: Male/Male nipples and reducer bushings/nipples for transitioning between different pipe sizes, with configurations up to 3" x 2-5/8".
• Tees: Three-way fittings including standard tees (Female NPT) and hose barbs combinations.
• Hose Menders & Barbed Fittings: HB x HB menders with or without center stops, and tee configurations combining Male/Female NPT with Hose Barb connections.

• Cross Connections: Various combinations such as Male NPT x Female NPT, Female NPT x Male NPT, and HB (Hose Barb) connections in sizes like 1/8" x 1/4" or 1-1/2" x 3/4".
• Nipple Lengths: Specific lengths are defined for male nipple models, such as 1/8" x 7/8", 1/2" x 1-1/8", and up to 4" x 4".
