Supported Applications
The Norgren Excelon® Modular System Accessories series provides mounting brackets, gauges, and hardware for use with Excelon 72, 73, and 74 Series Filters, Regulators, and Lubricators. The product line includes wall mounting brackets (bracket only), neck mounting brackets, panel nuts, quick fill nipples, pipe adapters (NPT), Quickclamp® components, and gages ranging from 0...160 psig.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series is RoHS and UL certified. Dimensional specifications for mounting brackets vary by Excelon Series compatibility:
- Series 72 Mounting Bracket Dimensions (mm/in): A: 60 (2.36), B: 42 (1.65), C: 39 (1.54), D: 19 (0.73), E: 4 (0.16), F: 38 (1.50), G: 6 (0.24), H: 51 (2.01).
- Series 73 Mounting Bracket Dimensions (mm/in): A: 67 (2.64), B: 60 (2.36), C: 48 (1.89), D: 19 (0.75), E: 7 (0.28), F: 38 (1.50), G: 6 (0.24), H: 61 (2.40).
- Series 74 Mounting Bracket Dimensions (mm/in): A: 79 (3.11), B: 69 (2.72), C: 50 (1.97), D: 20 (0.79), E: 5 (0.20), F: 51 (2.01), G: 6 (0.24), H: 61 (2.40).
Neck mounting bracket dimensions are also defined by series:

Configuration Options
The series supports a range of configuration options including wall mounting brackets, neck mounting brackets, panel nuts, quick fill nipples, gages, pipe adapters, and Quickclamp® assemblies with or without wall brackets.
- Housing/Mounting: Wall mounting bracket (bracket only), Neck mounting bracket, Panel nut.
- Gauges & Fittings: Gage 0...160 psig, Quick fill nipple, Pipe adapters (quantity of 1) (NPT).
- Clamping Systems: Quickclamp®, Quickclamp® and wall bracket.
The ordering convention follows the format OM-AIR--, for example: OM-AIR-4224-50, Wall bracket. Replacement parts include part numbers such as OM-AIR-5925-09, OM-AIR-4444-01, and OM-AIR-4344-01.
