Supported Applications
The Omega DRSL-RTD-LP is a non-isolated, loop-powered DIN rail signal conditioner designed to interface 2-, 3-, or 4-wire Pt100 RTD temperature sensors with SCADA systems and PLC equipment. The unit converts the sensor input into a passive analog current output signal suitable for industrial process monitoring.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The DRSL-RTD-LP operates within an ambient temperature range of -25 to 70°C (-13 to 158°F) and supports storage temperatures from -40 to 85°C (-40 to 185°F). It is rated for environments with relative humidity up to 95% RH non-condensing. The device provides an accuracy of better than 0.2°C or ±0.1% of the selected range, with a temperature coefficient of ≤±0.02°C/°C.

I am using a 120 ohm resistor as a test input and getting 3.5mA output. PT100 resistance range is 100 to 138 ohms for 0 to 100C. Switch settings I have for DIP 1, 1 to 10 are off, on, off, on, off, off, on, off, on, on. Appreciate your help.
Thank you for your inquiry. That switch configuration tells us it is set up for 3 wire RTD and 4-20mA output. 138 ohms simulate 97 degrees C. Assuming all the wiring was done properly, 3.5mA out could still be correct depending on the settings you have for temperature range.
