The Omega SCE-2DST Series consists of NEMA 4X 304 Stainless Steel Slope Top Enclosures designed as free-standing, two-door units for washdown and corrosive applications. The series is engineered to house electrical and electronic controls, instruments, and equipment in areas subject to regular hosing or very wet conditions.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The enclosure construction utilizes 0.104" Thick 304 Stainless Steel with a #4 brushed finish on all exterior surfaces. The design features a 15° slope top to provide protection from environmental contaminants and water ingress.

Ratings for the series include:

• NEMA Type 4, 4X, 12, and Type 13
• UL Listed Type 4, 4X, 12
• CSA Type 4, 4X, 12
• IEC 60529 IP 66

The series carries RoHS compliance and a 1 YEAR WARRANTY. Provisions are included for 305 mm (12") removable floor stands.

Configuration Options

The SCE-2DST Series offers configurable dimensions across height, width, and depth to accommodate various control panel requirements. Model numbers follow the pattern SCE-<HEIGHT>EL<WIDTH><DEPTH>SSST for slope top enclosures (e.g., SCE-60EL4812SSST) or SCE-<HEIGHT>P<WIDTH> for panel configurations.

Available enclosure dimensions include:

• Height A: 60 to 72 inches
• Width B: 48 to 72 inches
• Depth C: 12, 18, or 24 inches (for slope top models)

Internal panel dimensions vary by model. For example, the SCE-60P48 provides an internal height of 56 inches and width of 44 inches.

Latching Configuration Note

• Omit center latch top and bottom of door when door width is < 762 (30).

Optional accessories include galvanized sub-panels for specific enclosure sizes:

• SCE-60P48GALV: Galvanized sub-panel for 60 x 48" enclosure
• SCE-60P60GALV: Galvanized sub-panel for 60 x 60" enclosure
• SCE-72P60GALV: Galvanized sub-panel for 72 x 60" enclosure
• SCE-72P72GALV: Galvanized sub-panel for 72 x 72" enclosure

Optional panels are powder coated white.
