The Dwyer Series MPR Miniature Pressure Regulator delivers high-performance pressure control in a compact, cost-effective package. Built for compressed air or water service, the MPR features a zinc body and acetal bonnet, with nitrile diaphragm and seals as standard. For air/water use, select the electroless-nickel plated variant (MPR2 series).
Capable of handling up to 250 psig (17.2 bar) supply pressure and flow rates of approximately 24 SCFM (48 m³/hr) at 100 psig inlet, this regulator is suited for a wide range of industrial applications. Temperature limits extend to 0 - 150 °F (-18 to 60 °C).
Installation is straightforward: the regulator supports inline mounting in any orientation and features dual ¼″ female NPT ports (inlet and outlet) plus dual ⅛″ female NPT gauge ports for monitoring or panel integration.
Adjustment is intuitive - simply pull the knob outward to unlock, turn clockwise to increase the set-pressure, then push the knob in to lock the set-point. Models for air service are self-relieving; water/air models are non-relieving to suit different application demands.
Whether used for instrumentation feed, pneumatic control, portable equipment or compact OEM installations, the Series MPR offers dependable performance, minimal footprint and excellent value. Designed for cost-sensitive systems without sacrificing control precision, this regulator brings together economical price, quick setup and reliable regulation.
