Microprocessor Controlled Interface, 6 Analog / Digital Inputs to 1 Analog Output

The 6N1-ISO is designed to combine several device signals into a single controller-friendly analog output.
The module can process two to six inputs as average, highest, lowest, sum, or difference depending on DIP switch settings.
It accepts standard analog inputs and up to six digital inputs in binary sequence, then produces a proportional analog output.
Output can be configured as voltage or current, with ranges including 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, 0-20 VDC, and 0-20 mA.
The analog output signal is optically isolated from the input signals, supporting cleaner interface wiring between systems.
Input ranges are jumper selectable, modes and outputs are DIP switch selectable, and wiring uses 90-degree pluggable screw terminal blocks.
Use highest or lowest signal selection to let the most demanding zone drive a reset or control signal.
Use high, low, or average mode where a controller needs one representative analog value from multiple sensors.
Use average mode for two to six similar analog inputs when one aggregated signal is more useful than individual inputs.
Use sum or difference mode for paired analog inputs where the controller needs a calculated relationship between two sources.
Use binary mode to convert up to six digital inputs into a proportional analog signal, with output percentage calculated from the binary value.
Use the STG variant for true staging, such as retrofitting a two- or three-stage thermostat signal to an SCR heater analog input.
