Supported Applications
This series covers the load buttons and rod ends used to mount and load metric and standard load cells, along with the mating connectors, calibration options and amplifier options that complete an installation. Load buttons provide a controlled, self-centering contact surface for compression loading, while rod ends allow tension and clevis-mounted loading of threaded load cells.
The accessories suit force-measurement systems where the correct thread size and mounting geometry are needed to transfer load cleanly into the cell, and where field wiring, calibration or signal amplification must be specified alongside the mechanical parts.
Operating Conditions & Performance
Temperature compensation options extend the usable range: TC1 provides an extended compensated range of -46 to 93°C (-50 to 200°F) not exceeding the operating range, while TC2 extends compensation to 163°C.
Rod ends carry substantial static loads — for example the male MREC-M10M is rated to 50,227 lb and the standard REC-100M to 43,541 lb. Calibration option NC5 adds a 5-point calibration at 0%, 50%, 100%, 50% and 0%. Built-in amplifier options provide a 0 to 5 Vdc or 4 to 20 mA output, and additional cable is available in 4-conductor and 6-conductor PVC or PTFE. Mating connectors are the PT06F10-6S and the strain-relief PT06A10-6S (SR).
Configuration Options
The range divides into load buttons and rod ends, and within each into metric and standard thread families. Metric load buttons carry the MLBC prefix with ISO metric threads — for example the MLBC-M10 (M10 x 1.5) and the much larger MLBC-M36 (M36 x 2.0) — while standard load buttons use the LBC prefix with unified threads such as the LBC-100 (1-14) and LBC-114 (1¼-12).
Size scales with thread: the MLBC-M10 measures 15.2 (H) x 7.6 (T) x 19.1 (D) mm, whereas the MLBC-M36 grows to 57.2 (H) x 25.4 (T) x 63.5 (D) mm. Rod ends carry the MREC (metric) and REC (standard) prefixes and are offered in male and female forms, with static-load capacity rising with thread size.

What material is LBC-100 made of? I assume 17-4 PH but I'm curious which condition/hardness.
LBC SERIES LOAD BUTTONS ARE 17-4 PH STAINLEES HARDENED TO H900
