Operating Conditions & Performance
The series operates on 240 or 480V, 1 phase power with wattage ratings ranging from 2 to 15 kW. The process operating temperature is specified at 60 to 250°F; a T-1 Temp Range option provides control for 0 to 100°F. Watt density across the series spans 46 to 51 W/in², depending on the specific model configuration.
Important safety notes state that the integral thermostat functions as a temperature control only and is not a fail-safe device. An approved pressure or temperature control should be used with these heaters to assure safe operation.

- NEMA-1 Enclosures: UL Listed and CSA Certified, except models exceeding 48 amps (marked with †).
- Type E2 Enclosures: CSA NRTL/C certified. These are not intended for use in hazardous areas.

The model number structure follows the format: ARMTI-<kW>-<Phase>-<W/in²>-<Dim. B (in)>-<Model No.>-<Enclosure Type>. Voltage is specified by inserting "240" for 240 Vac or "480" for 480 Vac into the part number.
