Supported Applications

The HOBO MX1101 is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) data logger that measures and transmits both temperature and relative humidity to iOS and Android mobile devices. Paired with the free HOBOmobile app for setup and data management, it is aimed at indoor environmental monitoring where a technician wants to configure loggers and pull data from a phone or tablet rather than a laptop.

Building and room climate studies that track temperature and humidity together, plus computed dew point.
Comfort and IAQ surveys in offices, museums, storage areas, and similar spaces.
Walk-by data collection using wireless BLE offload at range, with an on-unit display for at-a-glance readings.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The logger carries a temperature sensor and a relative humidity sensor, reporting temperature, RH, and dew point.

Temperature range: -20° to 70°C (-4° to 158°F).

Configuration Options

The MX1101 is offered as a single configuration, so every unit provides the same temperature-and-humidity sensor set, the same -20° to 70°C (-4° to 158°F) temperature span, the same 1% to 95% RH range, and the integrated display. There are no sensor tiers or range options to select between; capability is uniform across the series.
