The Dwyer Series 725 High Current Power Relays are designed to switch high current loads in demanding applications. The series features high dielectric strength from the coils to the contacts, enabling it to withstand severe voltage surges and spikes commonly seen in inductive loads.

The Series 725 operates within an ambient temperature range of -58 to 212°F (-50 to 100°C). Storage temperatures are specified as -4 to 131°F (-20 to 55°C). The relay housing is constructed from plastic polycarbonate, and the unit weighs 4.2 oz (120 g).
Electrical ratings vary by model family:
- AC Operated Models: Input voltages include 24 VAC 50/60 Hz, 120 VAC 50/60 Hz, and 240 VAC 50/60 Hz. Rated current loads are available at 30 Amp or 25 Amp depending on the specific model.
- DC Operated Models: Input voltage is 24 VDC with a rated current load of 30 Amp.

Configuration Options
The Series 725 offers versatile mounting options via integral mounting ears that allow for panel or DIN rail installation without an external socket. Visual status is provided through flag and LED indicators showing relay status and coil power presence. A push-to-test button enables manual testing of the relay operation without providing an electrical trigger.
Electrical connections are available in two configurations:
- Silver alloy quick-connect terminals
- Screw terminals
Key Product Differences
The series is divided into distinct model families based on rated current and input voltage type. Models beginning with A (e.g., 725AXXBC3ML) are rated for a 30 Amp load, while models beginning with B (e.g., 725BXBC3ML or 725BXXSC3ML) are rated for a 25 Amp load.
Variants differ by input voltage and connection type:
- AC Models: Available with quick connect (suffix A) or screw terminals (suffix S). Input voltages include 24 VAC, 120 VAC, and 240 VAC.
- DC Models: Designated by the suffix D, these operate at 24 VDC. DC variants are available with quick connect or screw terminals.
