Supported Applications

The Dwyer Series DPG-200 Digital Pressure Gage functions as a combined digital gage, transmitter, and switch. It is designed for measuring pressure in liquids and non-combustible compatible gases. The unit features a 4-digit display to eliminate parallax error common with analog gauges.

Operating Conditions & Performance

The series delivers an accuracy of ±0.25% FS ±1 least significant digit, which includes linearity, hysteresis, and repeatability. Measurement ranges span from -14.7 to 0 psi up to 5000 psi across various models (DPG-200 through DPG-211). A compound range option is available for the DPG-220 model: 30" Hg-0-15 psi.

Operating ambient temperature limits are specified as 32 to 158°F (0 to 70°C) in the data sheet, with a transmitter-specific range of 0 to 158°F (0 to 70°C). Thermal effects on performance are documented between 70 to 158°F = 0.016%/°F and between 0 to 70°F = 0.026%/°F.

Pressure limits vary by range: models ≤ 1000 psi support a limit of 2x pressure range; the 3000 psi range supports a 5000 psi limit; and the 5000 psi range supports a 7500 psi limit.

Configuration Options

The Series DPG-200 is housed in an extruded aluminum enclosure with black polycarbonate front and back covers, meeting NEMA 4X (IP66) standards. Wetted materials include Type 316L SS sensor construction and Buna-N O-rings.

The series includes models DPG-200 through DPG-211, each corresponding to a specific pressure range from vacuum (-14.7 psi) up to 5000 psi. The DPG-220 model offers the compound range of 30" Hg-0-15 psi.

Physical dimensions are consistent across the series at 3.00" OD x 1.90" deep (not including cables), with a weight of 8.84 oz (275 g). The display digits measure .425" H x .234" W.
