Product Overview

These diaphragm seals are designed to protect pressure instruments from harsh or corrosive process media while maintaining accurate pressure transmission. System pressure acts on a thin, flexible diaphragm, which transmits the pressure via a liquid-filled chamber to operate the attached Bourdon tube without exposing the instrument to the process fluid.

The seals are rated for maximum design pressures of 2500 psig for MSAG and MSAH models and 100 psig for XTBX models. A bleed screw allows the seal to be filled after installation, simplifying setup and maintenance. Proper selection of diaphragm, bottom bowl, and wetted materials helps prevent chemical corrosion and extends service life in demanding applications.
