Operating Conditions & Performance
The HF73A series operates within a process temperature range of -100 to 200 °C and measures relative humidity from 0 to 100 %rh (non-condensing). The electronics operating range is limited to -40 to 85 °C. Accuracy at 23 °C is specified as ± 1.0 %rh / 0.2 K, with a resolution of <0.02 %rh / 0.01 K.
Power supply requirements are 15...40 VDC or 12...28 VAC using a 3-wire circuit configuration. The device includes an external memory function for logging with a capacity of 2000 data points and supports programmable sensor diagnostics for drift and state monitoring.
