Product Overview
- Materials NBR, Polyamide, 304 Stainless Steel
- Series ID Series-DCD-Repair-Kit
Supported Applications
The Series DCD consists of replacement diaphragm kits designed for the field replacement of standard wearing parts in Series DCV and RDCV valves. These repair kits provide maintenance components to restore valve function without replacing the entire assembly.
Operating Conditions & Performance
As a consumable repair kit, the Series DCD does not have independent measurement ranges, accuracy classes, or process temperature specifications distinct from the host valve. The series is defined by its compatibility with specific diaphragm valve sizes and the materials of the included replacement components.
Wetted Materials
- Diaphragm: NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber)
- Disc: Polyamide
- Spring: 304 SS (Stainless Steel)
Configuration Options
The Series DCD is available in seven model numbers, each corresponding to a specific diaphragm valve size. Every kit includes the necessary quantity of replacement diaphragms along with the spring and disc.
Model Numbers and Diaphragm Valve Sizes
- DCD0020: 3/4"
- DCD0025: 1"
- DCD0035: 1-1/2"
- DCD0045: 1-1/2" (Dual)
- DCD0050: 2"
- DCD0062: 2-1/2"
- DCD0076: 3"
Key Product Differences
Variation within the series is determined solely by the diaphragm valve size supported. The DCD0045 model specifically addresses dual configuration valves at the 1-1/2" size, while other models correspond to single-valve sizes ranging from 3/4" to 3".
