Supported Applications
The Rotronic CO2 Display is a wall mount and desktop data logger designed for indoor air quality monitoring. It measures, displays, and records carbon dioxide (CO₂), relative humidity, and temperature while providing date and time information. Documented applications include classrooms, kindergartens, meeting rooms, open-plan offices, shopping centers, and fitness studios.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The CO2 Display operates within an ambient range of 0...50 °C with a humidity limit of 0...95 %rh (non-condensing). The instrument features the following measurement capabilities:
- CO₂ Measurement Range: 0...9999 ppm
- Humidity Measurement Range: 0.1–99.9% rh
- Temperature Measurement Range: -20...60 °C (sensor range); operating limit at electronics is 0...50°C.
Accuracy specifications are defined as follows: CO₂ accuracy is ±30 ppm + 5% of the measured value @ 0...5000 ppm; humidity accuracy is ±2 %rh (10...90 %rh) and ±5 %rh for others; temperature accuracy is ±0.3 K at 23 °C ±5 K. The device includes a real-time clock with battery backup, stores up to 6000 records per parameter in the short instruction manual context or 19,500 values with time stamp according to technical data tables, and supports automatic logging.
