The Omega Bulls-Eye Non-Reversible Four-Temperature Label series (OMEGALABEL®) consists of disposable, irreversible temperature indicators designed to show if a specific temperature has been reached. These labels feature circular or rectangular windows with temperature marks that change color irreversibly when the corresponding temperature is exceeded.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The series provides accuracy across three defined ranges: ±2°C (1.8°F) up to 99°C (210°F); ±2°C (2.7°F) from 100°C (212°F) to 154°C (309°F); and ±2% and ±2°C (1.8°F) from 160°C (320°F) to 280°C (536°F). Temperature ratings span multiple ranges, including low-temperature options starting at 38°C (100°F) and high-temperature configurations reaching up to 260°C (500°F).
Configuration Options
The product line includes four distinct series with varying dimensions and rating counts:
- Button Series: Features an 8 mm (0.3") Outside Diameter with a 1.2 mm (0.05") indicating window. Ratings are read clockwise starting at the 'V' mark.
- Series 6M: Measures 32 mm x 10 mm (1.3" x 0.4") with a 0.4 mm x 3 mm (0.02" x 0.13") indicating window. Offers two increment options: Series 6MA provides six ratings at 6°C (10°F) increments, while Series 6MB offers six ratings at 13°C (25°F) increments.
- Series 8M: Measures 42 mm x 10 mm (1.6" x 0.4") with a 0.4 mm x 3 mm (0.02" x 0.13") indicating window. Offers two increment options: Series 8MA provides eight ratings at 5.6°C (10°F) increments, while Series 8MB offers eight ratings at 13.9°C (25°F) increments.
- ML4C Series: Mini labels measuring 12 mm x 5 mm (0.5" x 0.2") with a 1.5 mm (0.06") indicating circle, providing four temperature ratings per label.
Packaging is available in quantities of 10 or packages of 30 by adding the suffix '-30' to the model number.

If the there are one or two grey circles instead of black circles, does it mean that the sticker temperature has reached the threshold for a really short time?

Thank you for the inquiry. You can have some greying if the label is exposed to temps close to but not within the design activation temperature and time.
