The DwyerOmega OM-CP-PRTEMP140-Series is a rugged, submersible data logger built to handle both temperature and pressure under demanding conditions. Engineered for applications like autoclave validation, mapping studies, and pressurized processes, this logger combines precision, durability, and portability in one compact stainless steel housing.
Capable of operating up to 140 °C (284 °F) and measuring pressures from 0 to 5 bar, the PRTEMP140 delivers dual-parameter monitoring in environments where neither moisture nor heat can be taken lightly. With an IP68 rating, it can be submerged without compromising performance.
The logger stores over 32,000 time-stamped readings, offering long‐term data capture for quality audits, validation reports, or compliance tracing.
Installation is made easier by two versions: one with a flush mount and another with a 1/8-NPT pressure port to suit different system setups. Plus, the battery is user replaceable, ensuring this logger is ready for repeated use in field conditions without total replacement.
The device comes with software support for configuring logging rates, viewing combined pressure/temperature graphs, and exporting data for deeper analysis.

Hi temp data logger
The unit works as very well. Only issue is the directions. they are all online and incomplete so it is trial and error until you figure out how to operate to unit.

Does it work for surface applications?

Can a specific NIST certification temperature be requested? Our documentation requires certification at temperature of use (121C).

The logger can be capable of monitoring 482 deg F at up to 32 minutes with the optional thermal shield (add '-TSK' at the end of the part number).
