Converts analog control to pneumatic output: EPC Series transducers convert voltage or current input signals into proportional branch line pressure for pneumatic control systems.
Flexible input ranges: Jumper-selectable inputs support 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, 0-15 VDC, and 0-20 mA signals for easy integration with DDC controllers.
Selectable pneumatic output: Output pressure ranges are jumper-selectable for 0-10 psig, 0-15 psig, or 0-20 psig, with field calibration available up to 20 psig.
Ideal for HVAC pneumatic control: Designed for 3-way mixing valves, chiller loading, pilot positioners, pneumatic valve and damper actuators, fan vane control, DDC control, VAV boxes, and above-ceiling applications.
Built-in pressure feedback: A 0-5 VDC feedback signal indicates resulting branch line pressure for monitoring, verification, and control-loop visibility.
Manual override capability: Manual/Auto switch and override potentiometer allow technicians to locally vary pneumatic output during setup or troubleshooting.
Multiple operating models: Choose constant-bleed EPC models, EPC2 branch-pressure-holding models, high-flow EPC2LG, or fail-safe EPC2FS versions that exhaust on power failure.
Panel-friendly installation: Electrical terminals on one end and pneumatic connections on the other simplify wiring and tubing in control panels.
Reliable field package: Integral filtering, removable brass fittings, optional gauge and steel housing models, RoHS2/WEEE compliance, and ACI’s two-year warranty support long-term use.
