Models In Stock
- Converts analog control signals into pneumatic output: The PXP Series accepts 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, 0-15 VDC, or 0-20 mA input signals and produces a proportional 0-15 psig pneumatic output.
- Ideal for HVAC pneumatic control: Designed for three-way mixing valves, pilot positioners, pneumatic valve and damper actuators, fan vane control, DDC systems, mixing boxes, and VAV box applications.
- Built-in pressure feedback: Provides a 0-5 VDC feedback signal that represents branch line pressure, making it easier to monitor output pressure from a controller or BAS.
- Flexible model options: Available in single-valve, constant-bleed, low-consumption, fail-safe, and high-flow configurations to match different pneumatic control requirements.
- Manual override for setup and service: Jumper-selectable manual override allows technicians to control output pressure during installation, checkout, and troubleshooting.
- Reliable operation in control panels and ceiling spaces: Compact snaptrack-mounted design with removable terminal blocks and barbed pneumatic fittings supports clean installation in panels or above-ceiling HVAC applications.
- Accurate pneumatic modulation: Delivers 1% full-scale accuracy at room temperature and 2% full-scale accuracy across the operating range for dependable actuator positioning.
- Service-friendly connections: Includes removable brass barbed fittings, pluggable screw terminals, integral air filtration, and a plugged gauge port with optional pressure gauge support.

Supported Applications
The ACI Series PXP100 is an analog to pneumatic output transducer designed to convert an analog electrical input signal into a proportional pneumatic pressure output. The unit automatically modulates its control valves to regulate branch line pressure to a selected set point determined by the input signal, providing a 0 to 100 psig (0-689.5 kPa) modulating output.
Operating Conditions & Performance
The PXP100 operates within an ambient temperature range of 35 to 120°F (1.7 to 48.9°C) and a humidity rating of 10 to 95% non-condensing. Storage is supported from -20 to 150°F (-28.9 to 65.5°C). The device requires an air supply pressure with a maximum of 110 psig (758.4 kPa) and a typical operating range of 102 psig (710.2 kPa) to 106 psig (730.8 kPa).
Performance specifications include an output pressure accuracy of 1% full scale at room temperature and 2% full scale across the operating temperature range. The unit incorporates two valves, does not use air at set point, and features a response time similar to its load rate as it is not limited by any internal restrictor.
Power & Signal Specifications
- Supply Voltage: 24 VAC (+/-10%), 50 or 60Hz, or 24 VDC (+10%/-5%)

- Weight: 0.47 lbs. (0.2126 Kg)
Configuration Options
The Series PXP100 is configurable for various input signal types and offers specific options to support installation requirements.
- Input Signal Selection: Four selectable ranges (Voltage or Current) convert the electrical input to a 0-100 psig output pressure range. Field calibration is possible upon request.
- Manual Override: A jumper-selectable manual/auto override function allows output variation for setup and troubleshooting, independent of the input signal in MAN mode.
- Failsafe Behavior: If power to the PXP100 is lost, it maintains branch line pressure assuming no leaks exist in the branch line.
- Housing Options: The standard unit features a PVC snap track. An optional 20 Gauge Metal Enclosure (Model ENC1) is available for holding interfaces products.
Installation & Safety Notes
- The main air port should be filtered externally by the customer; warranty does not cover malfunction due to clogged valves or operation without main air supply.
- If 24 VDC power is shared with devices having coils, each coil must have an MOV, DC Transorb, or diode placed across it. For 24 VAC systems sharing coils, use an MOV, AC Transorb, or spike snubbing device.
- Grounding is required before touching the board as some components are static sensitive.
Key Product Differences
The primary variation within this series involves the selectable input signal configuration (0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, 0-15 VDC, or 0-20 mA) and the availability of custom calibration. The standard model PXP100 is supplied with a PVC snap track housing; an alternative metal enclosure option exists for specific mounting needs.
