Analog to Pneumatic Output Transducer for 102 to 106 psig Air Supply Pressure
- Converts analog control signals into pneumatic output: The PXP Series accepts 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, 0-15 VDC, or 0-20 mA input signals and produces a proportional 0-15 psig pneumatic output.
- Ideal for HVAC pneumatic control: Designed for three-way mixing valves, pilot positioners, pneumatic valve and damper actuators, fan vane control, DDC systems, mixing boxes, and VAV box applications.
- Built-in pressure feedback: Provides a 0-5 VDC feedback signal that represents branch line pressure, making it easier to monitor output pressure from a controller or BAS.
- Flexible model options: Available in single-valve, constant-bleed, low-consumption, fail-safe, and high-flow configurations to match different pneumatic control requirements.
- Manual override for setup and service: Jumper-selectable manual override allows technicians to control output pressure during installation, checkout, and troubleshooting.
- Reliable operation in control panels and ceiling spaces: Compact snaptrack-mounted design with removable terminal blocks and barbed pneumatic fittings supports clean installation in panels or above-ceiling HVAC applications.
- Accurate pneumatic modulation: Delivers 1% full-scale accuracy at room temperature and 2% full-scale accuracy across the operating range for dependable actuator positioning.
- Service-friendly connections: Includes removable brass barbed fittings, pluggable screw terminals, integral air filtration, and a plugged gauge port with optional pressure gauge support.
