Analog Isolation Module w/ Rescaling
- Optically isolates analog signals: AIM2 isolates voltage or current inputs from corresponding outputs to help solve ground loop and signal interference problems.
- Broad signal flexibility: Accepts signals from 0-20 VDC or 0-20 mA and can output any signal within those ranges.
- Preset or adjustable ranges: Supports common presets such as 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, 1-5 VDC, 2-10 VDC, 0-20 mA, and 4-20 mA, plus field-adjustable custom ranges.
- Supports source and sink current: Current inputs and outputs can be configured as sink or source for compatibility with different controllers, actuators, and drives.
- Ideal for isolation applications: Useful for grounded electrical actuator isolation, fluorescent light dimmer isolation, VFD isolation, and general analog input/output isolation.
- Built-in isolated output power: Includes an onboard 24 VAC isolation transformer to supply the isolated output side.
- Field calibratable: Adjustable input and output calibration lets installers tailor the module to unique signal requirements, with factory calibration available when needed.
- Panel-ready design: UL94 V-0 snaptrack housing, 45° captive screw terminals, and optional DIN rail adapter support clean control-panel installation.
