The Omega TL-3 series consists of Non-Reversible OMEGALABEL® Temperature Labels. These adhesive-backed indicators turn black when exposed to specific temperatures, providing a permanent visual record that the surface has reached or exceeded those thresholds. Operating Conditions & Performance

The TL-3 series functions as a temperature indicator with non-reversible operation. Accuracy varies by the specific temperature range achieved:

• Up to 99°C (210°F) is ±1°C (1.8°F)
• From 100°C (212°F) to 154°C (309°F) is ±1.5°C (2.7°F)
• From 160°C (320°F) to 280°C (536°F) is ±1% and ±1°C (1.8°F)

The TL-3 series labels are available in temperature ranges starting from °F 105–115 (°C 40–46) up to °F 465–490 (°C 241–254). Each label within the series indicates three distinct set points. For example, model TL-3-210 covers °F 210, 220, and 230.

Configuration Options

The TL-3 series is defined by its configuration of three temperature ranges per label. The overall dimensions for the TL-3 SERIES are 26 x 18 mm (1 x 0.7"). While this page focuses on the TL-3, the broader OMEGALABEL® family includes TL-4 and TL-5 series with different point counts and sizes.

Ordering is configured by selecting a base temperature code followed by package size options:

• Packaging: Insert “-10” for a package of 10 or “-30” for a package of 30.
• Model Number Format: TL-<SERIES>-<TEMPERATURE_CODE>(*) - <PACKAGE_SIZE>
