The Series BBV-0-2 2-Valve Block Manifold is built for heavy-duty process and instrumentation applications where performance, reliability and maintenance-ease matter. Forged from 316 stainless steel bar stock and engineered for service to 6,000 psi (400 bar) and 464 °F (240 °C), this manifold stands up to oil, water, chemicals, air or steam environments.
With a two-valve arrangement - one “isolate” valve for shutting off the instrument line and one “vent” (or bleed/test) valve - the BBV-0-2 allows convenient transmitter or gauge servicing without removing the device from the line. The hard-seated stems and PTFE packing are precision-machined for low operating torque, reliable sealing and prolonged service life under repeated cycles.
Installation is simple and flexible: direct-mountable in any orientation, with process connection and instrument port options (e.g., ½″ female/male NPT or DIN flange) and a vent/test port (¼″ female NPT) for full system integration.
Whether in refineries, petrochemical plants, nuclear power stations or general instrumentation panels, the BBV-0-2 is ideal for transmitter isolation and manifold-based streamlining of process control systems. Its rugged materials and design minimize downtime, reduce maintenance costs and offer long-term value.
