The CN710 Series temperature controllers offer easy-to-use programming menus designed for quick installation. These units are designed for direct or reverse acting (cooling or heating) control. The CN710 Series can be programmed for simple ON/OFF or more complex PID control functions. PID control is supported with manual or auto-tuning. Select relay, DC pulse, or current output control methods. The controller also includes two additional alarm outputs. The alarm outputs can be configured from 12 different pre-programmed settings. The temperature controller accepts a variety of thermocouple and RTD inputs. The process value and setpoint value are displayed simultaneously on the large dual LED. Auto-tuning, engineering units (°F or °C) and alarm status is also indicated on the face-plate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So far it's a piece of junk. It immediately goes to "No Cont" and I've spent two days attempting to find the "input" register so I can see and modify the thermocouple type. I called the factory today. They said reset to factory settings following procedure on page 19 of the manual. I tried this 3 times to no avail.

What is the output rating for the alarm contact for model CN713 temperature controller ( in amps please)

Thank you for your inquiry. The CN713 has a mechanical relay with the specs 5 A @ 250 Vac resistive.
