DwyerOmega targets same day shipping for in-stock items for EMEA customer orders received by 2:00PM GMT. Credit or export issues may prevent order processing. The availability information shown on our web site is the most up-to-date information we have; however, it is subject to change. You can place an order for items that are not in stock, and we will ship when available. You will not be charged until the item is shipped.

Tracking #'s are available shortly after an order has been shipped. Besides a notification email sent when your order ships, you can locate this information in the online account of the person who placed the order. Log-in to dwyeromega.com, select 'My Account', choose 'Order History', select the specified order, then view Tracking information.
All items will display the quantity currently in stock, plus the lead time estimate. Lead time is the time needed by us to receive additional stock to ship, if your order should exceed our available on-hand inventory. Please note that excessive quantity (spike) orders may have additional lead times.
DwyerOmega offers competitive shipping rates to our EMEA customers and tailor our rates based on your delivery location and the size/volume of your orders. We strongly suggest that you ensure that you are on the DwyerOmega 'country specific' website that matches your 'Ship To' location, which allows us to accurately quote your shipping costs and avoid added VAT/documents charges you may incur.
Additional shipping charges may apply for overweight or oversized items. In some cases, the additional cost can be seen during checkout, but you may be contacted prior to shipping to confirm a non-standard shipping cost.
If you have a freight account with DHL, UPS or FedEx, we offer multiple options to ship with any of these shipping companies, and we will bill your account directly. Simply select the corresponding ship method at checkout and provide us with your freight account number. Please note that DwyerOmega assesses a separate surcharge for all collect shipments, as follows: Collect Small Parcel/Freight = 26€ and Hazardous Collect Small Parcel/Freight = 36€.
Yes! We ship our goods around the world. Please note however that we strongly recommend all our customers ensure they are ordering via their country’s DwyerOmega website to avoid additional fees outside our control. If there is no local site available, select whichever site is closer to your shipping destination. DwyerOmega reserves the right to cancel an order if export compliance rules prohibit the shipment to your destination.
DwyerOmega is committed to ethical business behavior and compliance with applicable export laws and regulations. Our Export Control Compliance Policy is posted on our site. When an order is being placed, it may be subject to an additional Export Questionnaire form that must be completed before the order can ship. This will be emailed to the person who placed the order. If you do not receive it, contact export@dwyeromega.com and be sure to include your order number in the subject line.
